Full scoping and proofing:
6+ days – $2.25
4 to 5 days – $2.65
2 to 3 – $3.15
Next day – $3.80
Realtime – $4.75
Scoping ONLY rates:
6+ days – $1.55
4 to 5 days – $1.80
2 to 3 – $2.15
Next Day – $2.65
Realtime – $3.45
Proofing ONLY rates:
6+ days – $0.70
4 to 5 days – $0.85
2 to 3 – $1.00
Next Day – $1.15
Realtime – $1.30
Proofing with Audio
6+ days – $0.90
4 to 5 days – $1.10
2 to 3 – $1.40
Next Day – $1.60
Realtime – $1.90
NB:
- “Days” are business days and do not include weekends or holidays. The transcript will be uploaded by noon on its due date.
- A surcharge may be added to the invoice if:

- The transcript is overly technical.
- The audio is of poor quality.
- The number of pages grows over a normal amount (a significant number of drops).
- Thick and hard to understand accents.

- Rates are based on the average time taken to scope (approx 30 pages/hour). Transcripts that are outside of this time will be subject to a surcharge.
